How to Register

  • Click on Registration Form button above to print off, fill in and email the registration form to info@MS2DanceandFitness.ca 
  • Please process your payment online if you are starting at the beginning of the session.  If you are starting mid-session we will send a custom online payment link  

Methods of Payment-Online Only

  • Please email us with your preferred day(s) and we will send a custom online payment link or see payment link above
  • We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express

Policies

  • We require a signed registration form for every participant.
  • We require one month or 30 days written notice for withdrawal from any session. 
  • Refunds will be given for any amount remaining past the 30 day notice period. 
  • If space permits, you can make up the class by the end of the current session. We simply ask that you please contact us by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the class you wish to attend so we can ensure there is room available in the class. Classes cannot be carried over from session to session.
  • ​Fees are subject to change between sessions. 
  • Inclement weather - the safety of our participants is our priority, in the event of a facility closure or class cancellation due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to contact participants by email and update our website on the Classes/Schedules/Fees page by 5:30 p.m. Refunds will not be offered due to inclement weather; however, participants are welcome to attend a make-up class on an alternate day within the current session.
